In season three, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow face a new existential threat created by their actions at the end of last season. By revisiting a moment in time they’d already participated in, they’ve essentially fractured the timeline and created anachronisms all across time! Our team must find a way to return all the anachronisms to their original timelines before the time stream falls apart. But before our Legends can jump back into action, Rip Hunter and his newly established Time Bureau call their methods into question and disband the team. Challenging the Time Bureau’s authority, they recruit a hacker from the future, Zari Tomaz and continue their time travelling shenanigans, while insisting that however messy their methods may be, some problems are beyond the Bureau’s capabilities. Some problems can only be fixed by Legends.

Après avoir vaincu la Legion of Doom, les Légendes ont découvert qu'ils ont brisé le temps. Ils décident alors d'explorer cette nouvelle réalité pour remettre les choses en place avec l'aide du Time Bureau, une nouvelle agence protectrice du temps fondée par Rip Hunter. Ils seront à nouveau confrontés à Damien Darhk et à de nouvelles menaces.

Depois da derrota de Eobard Thawne e da igualmente nefasta Legião do Mal, os heróis enfrentam uma nova ameaça criada por conta de suas ações na última temporada. Ao revisitar um momento no tempo em que já haviam participado, eles essencialmente quebraram a linha do tempo e criaram um anacronismo, uma dispersão de pessoas, animais, e objetos ao longo do tempo. Nosso time deve encontrar uma maneira de retornar todos os anacronismos para sua respectiva linha temporal antes que o fluxo de tempo desmorone. Mas antes que os Lendas possam voltar para ação, Rip Hunter e sua recém estabelecida polícia do tempo tem seus métodos questionados. Com ela efetivamente como os novos xerifes da cidade, os Lendas debandam, até que Mick Rory descobre um deles no meio das merecidas férias em Aruba. Vendo essa oportunidade para continuar suas aventuras heroicas no tempo, Sara reúne os Lendas de volta, os reunindo com o inventor milionário Ray Palmer, o nada convencional historiador que vira herói Nick Heywood e o Professor Martin Stein e Jefferson "Jax" Jackson, que juntos formam o meta-humano Nuclear. Uma vez reunidos, os Lendas irão desafiar a autoridade da polícia do tempo ao longo da linha temporal e insistir que por mais bagunçados que seus métodos sejam, alguns problemas estão além da capacidade da polícia. Alguns problemas só podem ser arrumados por lendas.

Tras causar un caos en el tiempo, las Leyendas se enfrentan a un nuevo reto proveniente de Rip Hunter y del Buró del Tiempo, que se ha apoderado de la Waverider.
