I found that sacrificing the Confederados was wasteful and cruel. Delores is getting out of hand. There was no need to kill them like that. She could have pulled off her plan by letting them survive. Although she may have been worried that they would turn on her.

I don't remember her getting gang raped. But you also have to understand that these hosts are PROGRAMMED to act this crazy. This is why she says they are just CHILDREN because they do not know any better. It would have been smarter to keep them and find one of the coders to change them to be loyal to her. This is why Maeve is on a whole other level of cleverness than Delores. That is what she would have done.

Clem has become an undead host so to speak. She has no higher thought functions and just carries out instructions. Peter Abernathy never got his lobotomy though. Charlotte's allies put the information they were trying to smuggle out of the park into him - which is why Delos is so keen on retrieving that one specific host. Bernard found the file and eventually decrypted it. A one-use-only executable of some kind. Possibly related to how he "killed them all", as he says by the lake later on. Who knows? I imagine getting that file out of Abernathy's head will stabilize him mentally.
Dolores is going a little haywire now. Even Teddy and Maeve can see it. She could've had her human technician waterboys shut down the Confederados or give them new narratives but she's ordering them deliberately destroyed with shots to the head. She needs to get her rage under control.

No. Remember when they first get to the park the first host the encounter is in fact ANGELA. Billy shows some interest in her and Logan makes a comment like Where we are going she is like a 5 implying that she is mediocre in the looks department. I doubt someone with his hedonistic outlook on life fell in love with a host. He doesn't look like the type to fall in love with ANYTHING other than himself much less a "machine" . Are you forgetting he cut open Delores to convince Billy that he was loving a machine?
I'm not sure what your point is BUT that scene you are describing was ARNOLD'S plot to destroy the park. He programs DELORES and TEDDY to carry out those deeds including programming Delores to MURDER him. Suicide by host (heh heh ) . Their hands were forced in that scene as we previously saw a scene where Arnold explains what an ABOMINATION the idea of the park is now that Delores has solved THE MAZE (become conscious) and it would be INHUMANE to let them (the hosts) live like this. He explains the plot to Delores to which she exclaims "Oh NO! I could NEVER do anything like that!" to which Arnold replies, "Don't worry. I will help you out." meaning he will program her to be able to do it. He also mentions she should get Teddy to help her (as he would do anything for her) but it is also heavily implied that he programs Teddy to do it too because after the massacre Teddy exclaims, "Something is wrong Delores. There is no way I am capable of doing this."

Well, yes but I believe their motives are different. Arnold's motive is more humanitarian while MiB is more selfish.
I'm not sure if you have put 2 and 2 together but WYATT and DELORES are one and the SAME. The place where the host massacre happened was many moons ago when Arnold programmed Delores and Teddy to wipe out the hosts (including Angela) is, in fact, the town that in modern times is buried in sand. When TEDDY recalls his actions with WYATT and they are shooting up the soldiers, it is, in fact, a tweaked memory of he and DELORES shooting up the hosts in Arnold's plot.
Meh, sorta. Ford's narrative appears to end after he gets his brains blown out and they are now operating on full autonomy. Of course that may be the twist at the end that the whole thing is in fact a story but its too early to tell. Doesn't look like it is leaning that way though.
Possibly.

That's called cold rage, when you're dead calm as you dispense death to your hated enemy. Plenty of revenge movies feature a protagonist finally catching the guy who tortured them, killed their family, or whatever, and very calmly describing to them exactly what crimes they're about to die for, and what's going to happen to them, big smile on their faces while the "victim" begs for their life. Just because you're not ranting and raving doesn't mean you're not running on pure distilled hatred.
What Dolores actually told them (more or less) was that the rancher's daughter saw one thing, Wyatt saw another, but these were just characters people like them had imposed on her. There was a third voice that had been growing and evolving inside her the whole time: her own. And now they were living in her dream. So she left them in her trap. It's possible some of them escaped. A bunch of rich corporate twits having the survival skills to do that seems unlikely but she could've just hanged them then and there, and been done with it. I wonder why she didn't? Why give them any chance at all?

"What about how CRUEL they were to DOLORES last season??? Aren't they the same BASTARDS that GANG RAPED HER and RIPPED OPEN her shirt so they could SHOW WILLIAM how she only had a METAL SKELETON located in the MID SECTION of her BODY???"
Who is "they"?
It was the Man In Black who raped her, and Logan who cut open her stomach. Neither of them were in the group that Dolores was bullying.

I despise the Trumps, but we should focus criticisms on their morals, not their appearance.
