I wouldn't mind a catch you up episode just to jog the memory a bit. How long has it been, over a year? We're getting into Sopranos territory with that long a break.
I wouldn't mind a catch you up episode just to jog the memory a bit. How long has it been, over a year? We're getting into Sopranos territory with that long a break.
Also, hate those long waits--but, it's coming a lot closer to being the norm (especially on cable): 10, 12, 14-episode seasons; and then a God awful long wait for the next season. It (almost) guarantees that you'll have to re-watch the previous season in order to be sure you are up-to-stuff for the next.
And, since it picks up exactly where it left off--must be hard on the actors too--as in, not putting on weight in between, and/or not having any other noticeable changes.
This isn't even the worst when it comes to "downtime"--I watch "Vera" and "Hinterland" (both 4-episodes seasons with 11 months in between).
