Stopped watching first episode when they mentioned he was barely functioning at school with IQ 70, the same person threatened some cousin with gun to stop spreading rumor and this is guy I should feel sorry about or be interested in his life? I am sure I have better things to do than watch documetaries about people like this.

You missed the point, but I am glad you saved yourself a time.

I watched entire series. I thought it was biased but well done. Your reasoning for not continuing to watch is up to you but many people watched this series. Hell. Brandon Dassy is supposed to be set free because of this series and how it showed how badly his lawyer defended him. Created a big controversy

I can't believe that POSSIBLE murders are getting out because of freakin' NETFLIX! First Damian Echols (The Memphis 3). Him and his 2 friends were convicted of raping, mutilating and murdering 3 young boys. And Damian Echols had all kinds of Satanic paraphernalia, Ie.: Alister Crowley books like Sex Magik (which states that sex with children gives you great power) and the 3 of them had written a pact with the devil. But of course, liberal BIASED Netflix gave the "awe shucks, they're just teenagers" angle, where Satanist and pedophile Johnny Depp and buddy Eddie Vedder got the assholes out of prison with their money. Now, another biased Netflix movie about a bunch of inbreds (the Averys in their junk yard)where Steven and his nephew are CONVICTED criminals, convicted of rape and murder, seems to have brought THIS case to the attention of libertards who are now trying to free them (or at least the nephew I think). Netflix has to stop being a bleeding heart for pervs and CONVICTED criminals. They perpously leave out info in their 'documentaries' about DNA evidence found, and other facts that solidify the guilt of their fearured criminal. If anyone wants to indulge themselves in a Netflix crime documentary, use your own sense, intuition and judgement when watching a libertard documentary that always seems to want to exonerate convicted murderers.

Avery is definitely guilty. Shameful on the part of Netflix to give this garbage a platform.

Netflix has made the Averys 'celebrities'. I just saw the new episodes of this show where they update us on what's going on more recently. What pisses me off is that, because of Netflix, women are falling over themselves to have a relationship with Steve Avery. Talk about sad and stupid...

Hes guilty based on what. The best evidence they had on the guy was the blood in the car and second season proved that was bull$hit. You know there still people who believe in something called "evidence" and don't base everything on there F##king emotions.

I looked all the evidence that wasn't in the Doc. All of it was circumstantial at best.

Only Avery and the unfortunate deceased woman are the only ones who know for sure whether Avery did it or not. The police fucked it up SO BAD that we may never know for sure. Keep in mind that you are watching entertainment. There is too much missing and bungled evidence to put this show in the 'factual' department. I wouldn't judge this either way. By the end of this I was starting to wonder if Steve Avery's brother-in-law did it. But please never forget that this is entertainment. People believe what they see on TV too easily. It's the same as when I go on the Real Housewives boards. Most of the viewers forget that they are watching a show...a show where the women HAVE TO invent drama and fights to keep people tuned in. I am constantly reminding these viewers that if these women lived their 'real lives' on air, nobody would watch. I understand it's unscripted, but you don't think the show makers don't suggest things that would make for good show, or put a bug in these women's ear to get them going sometimes? I see a NETFLIX documentary in the same way. Just enjoy these SHOWS for the entertainment value they are, and don't take the information seriously. It's entertainment in the category of 'true crime ENTERTAINMENT', which, believe it or not, true crime and serial killers and the such are ENTERTAINMENT, as sick as we are for liking it. Just see the show for what it is. ;)
