Discuss FEUD

Ryan Murphy reflects on his inspiration for producing Feud and his personal thoughts regarding Bette and Joan. I thought the finale was a transcendent masterpiece of an episode. Joan, stripped of her alter ego she created accepts reality and becomes human ... and sympathetic Lady Gigi. Jessica Lange's performance blew me away, almost as if the spirit of Joan inhabited her body for that final performance.

The hallucination scene with Jack Warner, Hedda Hopper and of course Bette. Oh ... my ... gawd!!!!!! Kudos to the writer(s). And then the one-on-one conversation between Bette and Joan -- Joan's inner psyche embracing Bette as a friend. Mamacita: "Joan. There is no one there. Come to bed." Kleenex please. And the Emmy goes to ... FEUD: Bette and Joan.
