My father watched it and finds it interesting. I on the other hand have pretty much given up on syfy due to them canceling all the good shows. The only plus is it has Alan Ritchson in it...but I would rather see him in a moview inatead. I still think he should have played Aquaman again in the DC movies. It's nice to see someone I went to high school with on TV though.

I saw it. I thought it was fun as a good homage to the grindhouse movies of the past. I'll keep watching it for now.

i'm not sure if the novelty will hold up for a whole season, or if the premise will be viable beyond that.

It's a race show and the bar is really high. Anything can happen once you put it in gear and get on the road so I guess all the writers will need is a vivid imagination. They still have to keep it plausible enough to not cross over that fine line to parody. I didn't see that at all in the pilot though, it was great. I'm sticking with it for sure.
