Discuss Good Girls

I really liked it! Last night's finale was awesome, but left on a couple of huge cliffhangers! I haven't heard if it's renewed or not, but I hope it is.

I just finished watching the finale and immediately went to check to see if it has been renewed. It doesn't look like there has been a decision yet. I liked it but it gives me so much anxiety..lol

I would love to know how the two women get out of the mess.

I think I started watching it late and may have missed the first few episodes. I'm not sure if I will go back and watch them. Is it just me or is there sexual chemistry between the red head (still don't know her name on the show) and Rio?

There absolutely is chemistry between them! I said that same exact thing to my husband a few episodes back. I totally thought there was going to be a hook-up between the two of them. I'm still so confused about how Rio got out of custody!?! Although, that whole set-up with robbing the store the second time, made me very uneasy. I just kept thinking he would send some guys to Beth's house or something, not that he was going to show up himself. I felt so bad for Ruby and her husband too. Annie's storyline was left on a somewhat positive note, but dang, the other two are just total cliffhangers!

They really didn't think it through at all. They had to know that Rio would know more gang members that he could send to deal with them. They were very sloppy. Beth appears to be overly interested in the whole criminal life (shall I say obsessed). And can I just mention how douchy her husband is?!?!

Perhaps the FBI didn't have quite enough to nail Rio? Or he made some sort of a deal? I found his meeting with the FBI agent in the restaurant a little suspicious for some reason.

Ruby's whole storyline is a disaster. Of course her hubby has to be a cop trying to earn his cop- credit.

I think this show will be similar to Breaking Bad. That show always made me feel like they would be caught at any moment but they never were. Now that was a show that gave me major anxiety to watch. It was a great show, though!

Lets keep our fingers crossed for a season 2. I'm sure there are a few shows they can stand to get rid of.

Breaking Bad was an awesome show! It always had me on the edge of my seat. I love Better Call Saul as well.

Beth's husband is a total douche bag! I actually had started to feel a smidge bad for him. Well, not bad exactly...but I felt he was really trying to change and be a better husband. Then the whole faking cancer thing, and then the way he was gawking at the chick jogging and caused the accident...oh man! What an ass! Beth definitely seems to have an obsession with the crime thing. Ruby said it that time when they were joking around 'She misses that thug life' lol, but it was so true!

I totally agree with you that they didn't think the 'set-up' through. They just didn't even seem to consider that other members of Rio's gang would be out and gunning for them. Also, Ruby's husband is angry, rightfully so, but come on! She did all that to save their daughter, he has to see that. I was surprised he was that angry and basically made it sound like their marriage was over.
