Seemed obvious to me too in recent years but not so much back in the 1980s and early 1990s. Hell, back in the day many didn't catch on that Paul Lynde, Charles Nelson Reilly and Liberace were gay. 😂

When I was 11 or so, I had a HUGE crush on Richard Chamberlain (Dr. Kildare). I feel a little silly saying that I kept a scrap book of all the movie magazine articles, photos, and gazed at it fondly each evening after my homework was done. My gaydar has not developed much since those days. Best wishes to Ian and his partner.

She's probably expecting him to drop a thick load: a big deposit into her ... bank account.
