I remember him better as paramedic Frank Scanlon on "Port Charles" since I was on a different hiatus in 2005-06

Oh wow, yeah I remember him from Port Charles, too. I quite liked it before it became about vampires.

same, i stopped watching once the vampire thing started. Loved Frank Scanlon and had a major crush on him. RIP!

I didn't watch Port Charles but I remember him from the soap magazines. RIP.

This is very sad news. I loved him as Frank Scanlon and always wanted the Scanlon family to come to GH. The comments by Michael Dietz/Joe Scanlon are particularly beautiful.

I've never watched Port Charles. It came and went when I was on my 20-year hiatus from GH. If it were still on today, I'm sure I'd be watching it though, but can't see digging up old YouTube clips or whatever.
