In January I said that they would probably reveal the identity of an alter during May sweeps. And I think we are on track for that.

I did like Liz's discussion with Laura, which made sense from a writing standpoint if they are going to re-introduce Jeff since Laura is a Webber and knows Jeff.

The thing that annoys me about these stories is that they are pro-feminist (which in itself isn't bad) but the men are always the wrong ones, victimizing women. Just once, I think it would be interesting if a woman was sexually victimized by a woman.

I'm opposed to both a MPD disorder SL and a molestation SL. The MPD SL is ho-hum, boring, cannot believe the writers would choose this tired old trope. Re the molestation SL, I am actually horrified. I have fond memories of Jeff. He's a legacy character. Please don't change that. I don't think they'll go there. I think the fact that Liz feels abandoned by both parents, that she feels that she wasn't important enough to them is a great and fresh SL. Pursue that. I'm enjoyed Laura's words to Liz about how hard it must have been for Liz that every time a milestone happened, a birth, a death, any celebration, it was ignored by her parents because they were off doing something more important, saving the world.

Because it was wrong to do that to Rick. I'm hoping they don't destroy Jeff. She could be upset her parents didn't protect her or realize what was happening. She could be afraid they'd tell Jake his mother was strange if they didn't know.
