No one killed Reiko. They are still saying she died after getting Blackwood’s Syndrome and infecting Finn. The way Jeff said Liz caused Reiko’s fall makes me think they fought on the stairs and Reiko fell, not just that Liz pushed Reiko down the stairs. Presumably Reiko was unconscious like Peter when Finn pushed him down the hospital stairs (see the connection?) and maybe Jeff hid Reiko’s body and drugged her so she would forget what happened, who knows?

Except Peter wasn't pregnant.

It all seems rather contrived...not sure they needed to shoehorn Finn and his dead wife into this story of Elizabeth and her parents.

I think the "real" story involves the Johnson family that Elizabeth went to live with, whom she ran away from, when she arrived in Port Charles. That she had been abused by one of the Johnsons and that is why she couldn't forgive her parents all those years. Otherwise, it makes no sense for her to have been angry at her parents for 25 years for something she didn't remember (Reiko's fall).

I suspect this subplot with Reiko was grafted on to the original story so that Finn would have a more active role in the plot, which I don't feel is necessary.

As much time as Finn spent with Anna in lockup Tuesday, I had so much hope that they would get back together and take him out of Elizabeth's orbit.

I mean it's a tad sickening that a daughter is coupling up with a man whose wife was banging her father. All in the family indeed. :/

Are you sure it wasn't after?

Because soon after 2014, she actually was pregnant but miscarried then right afterward got pregnant again carrying the baby to full term.
