Tristan Rogers (Scorpio) & Carolyn Hennessy (Diane) are the 2 most shown recurring actors/actresses.
We had 4 contact players at the bottom of the list with 1 & 2 appearances. (Not counting Mansi since she just began.)
Most shown child actors was babies Jay & Joey Clay (Ace Prince-Cassadine) with a whopping 8 followed by Viron Weaver (Wiley) with 3.

Roger Howarth works less than most of the recurring players. At this rate, he will be lucky to hit 40 episodes by the end of the year.
Becky Herbst is languishing without a storyline. I suppose when the writers decide to have Elizabeth marry Finn, then that is when Nikolas will reappear and cause problems. Or else Hayden will return to throw a wrench into things.

This is Roger Howarth's vacation period of the year. Finola's and Genie's should be coming up as we're seeing their plots already plan ahead for it.
Roger is shown today though so his vacation time may be completed.

Love seeing Diane so much. I never get sick of her.
I do want more of Elizabeth. I can't understand how she is not in the group of leading ladies of the show always in a steady front-burner storyline like Carly, Nina, and Anna. Her lack of screentime frustrates me.

I thought that was Sal from Night of The Demons but am stunned that's Jeff Griggs. He had nice short run on DOOL where he kidnapped Hope and fans loved him as Jude St. Clair.
I really hate IMDb now. Just navigating to see filmographies is a PITA! 🙄

Roger hadn't been seen in many weeks, so I am guessing that he has just completed his vacation.

Top 5 all the Carlysphere. Top 10 if you add on Drew.
Michael and Joss are Carly's kids fighting her battles. Nina and Sonny are pushing Carly's new story up the hill instead of focusing on their own lives. Olivia and Ned are only up in the counts to prop up Carly's new story by talking about her to death. Drew has no purpose except to be Carly's purse holder. Sam got pulled out of moth balls a few weeks ago to sing Carly's praises to Nina.
GH is revolving around Carly on my TV.

I agree. I think Mo and his fans still (mistakenly) think he's the star...but Laura Wright has actually become the star of the show. That is why almost every story involves her and that is why everyone else's dialogue focuses on her character.
This current writing team is stuck with Sam but it's clear they are not inspired by the character. She hasn't had a front burner storyline in several years now. I thought for sure when Drew came back there would be a slight triangle with Sam, Dante and Drew...but Drew was quickly grafted on to Carly's storyline and he barely has had much interaction with Sam or with their daughter Scout.
The main plot points they have given Sam & Dante as a couple involved them deciding to move in together. That is basically it. Often Dante appears in episodes without Sam which explains why he typically has a higher episode count than her, because they put him into police stories and only on rare occasions does he have any sort of romantic scenes with Sam.
When the writers realize Kelly Monaco has an episode guarantee, then they throw her into some random scenes supporting Carly, interacting with Maxie or Spinelli. Or they give her some brief scenes with Alexis. As I said, she has not really had a storyline since the current head writers took over and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
At this point, Sam has become a carryover from the previous eras without much relevance or involvement in today's activities in Port Charles. She is slowly working her way into the glorified extra category (I'm exaggerating a little bit, you know what I mean...they're just not interested in writing much for the character.)

In order for Sam to have an interesting plot, they'd need to bring back LuLu.
Truthfully, I think they should recast her with the actress who played Blaize.
Though Cynthia Watros (Nina) and Emme Rylan (LuLu) were close friends on GL to where Watros character even saved Rylan's kids from a kidnapping.

When Jason and Sam broke up - it was the end of Sam as a front burner character.

Sam's breasts are still front-burner characters.

I ff through all of the sex scenes with Joss and Dex. I know Eden is 19, but she looks 15 to me and I’d rather watch the older folk getting busy.
