Looks like Lane Davies is coming back to General Hospital as a new character Fergus Byrne...which I would believe is Neil's brother and will have a storyline with Alexis.
He was previously on GH has Cameron Lewis who was Zander Smith's father.

Lane Davies had a good storyline with Nancy Grahn back in the day on Santa Barbara.
