Season 1 of Make It or Break It premiered on June 22, 2009.

Gymnastics newcomer Emily Kmetko has dreams of becoming an Olympic gymnast and, when she receives a scholarship to train at one of the nation's top gyms, she gets the chance to make her dreams come true. But when she shows up at The Rock gymnastics training center in Colorado, she inadvertently shakes up the gym's status quo.

Season 2 of Make It or Break It premiered on June 28, 2010.

In the second season, the girls must face the consequences of going against the U.S. Gymnastics National Committee while dealing with the arrival of men's Olympic champion Austin Tucker. Their future is threatened when the National Gymnastics Organization suspends their coach Sasha.

Season 3 of Make It or Break It premiered on March 26, 2012.

Having just clinched victory at the World Championships, the Rock girls head to the USA Training Center with the goal of making the 2012 Olympic team. With a new coach and fierce competition - including the return of former rivals Kelly Parker and Jordan Randall - Payson, Kaylie and Lauren are pushed to their limits physically and emotionally. The girls are closer than ever and committed to making the Olympic team together, but secret betrayals, questionable alliances and the reality of competing to make the final cut will test their loyalties like never before.
